RAWALPINDI–A 35 year old woman Sajida Bibi has been released on bail in murder case. The accused Sajida Bibi was arrested by local police in case FIR No,605/14 dated 18-09-14 under section 302 PPC by the Police station Civil Line last year in the third week of September last year. Sajida Bibi was arrested in Rawalpindi under the allegation of her relative Muhammad Imran murder case . Sajida Bibi confesses the murder of deceased Muhammad Imran in police custody. The lawyers of 35 year old woman accused Sajida Bibi Advocates Asghar Ali Mubarak, Miss Tahira Bano Mubarak ,Miss Uzma Mubarak argued before the Honorable bench of Mr. Justice Sikandar Zulqarnain Saleem judge Lahore high court Rawalpindi bench Rawalpindi ,that the accused is quite innocent ,there is no direct evidence of murder against her, a weak woman empty hand can not murder a strong healty man of well built of 30 years old
the confession before police can not a evidence according Qannon e shahadat . This a planed murder, investigations agencies fail to prove the allegation against innocent woman accused a mother of four kids. After the arguments from both side Mr. Justice Sikandar Zulqarnain Saleem judge Lahore high court Rawalpindi bench Rawalpindi order to released 35 year old woman Sajida Bibi on Rs, two 2 lakh local surety bail bond.
