The Prime Minister said that today 300 million euros, 100 million dollars, 80 million dollars and the Islamic Development Bank has announced 4.2 billion dollars, which are big announcements in this conference, ‘’We will be able to raise around $8 billion locally and similarly $8 billion will be raised globally and equally contributed’’.
