The Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi met with newly elected office bearers and executive members led by RISJA President Abu Bakr Bin Talat.
The Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has said that the media has an important role in the development of sports in the country.
The Governor said that he is taking serious steps to promote sports in the province and bring out young talent. He said that we are trying to promote football in KPK, for a peaceful and healthy society in the province, the youth will have to be brought forward in the field of sports.
He said that there is no shortage of sports talent in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, but there is a need to provide resources and facilities to the players. He said that the continuous successes of the two sisters, Asian number one Mah Noor and Pakistan number one Sehrish, in the field of squash are an honor for Pakistan.
He said that the girls of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are talented, they just need to move forward and provide opportunities. A special award show is being organized by the Governor House in recognition of the services of the players who have brought glory to the province.
He said that awards should be given to those who have brought glory to the soft image of the province. He said that no sport can develop without government patronage, but the private sectors should also focus on other sports like cricket so that sports are promoted at the grassroots level.
Players who have achieved positions at the international, national, inter-provincial level in any sport across the province will be deserving of this award.
All such players and their coaches should scan the barcode or apply through the link for the details of their honor, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is a province with immense resources, historical heritage and human potential but has lagged behind in the race for development.

He congratulated the newly elected office bearers Miss Kiran Shahzadi, Arafa Feroz Zaki, Abdul Mahi Shah, Shakeel Awan, Abu Bakr Bin Talat, Arsalan Shirazi, Nasir Naqvi, Asghar Ali Mubarak, Zulfiqar Baig, Zahid Awan, Muhammad Zeeshan, Muhammad Ali Jah, Aqeel Anjum, Shakir Abbasi. On this occasion, the officials of RISJA also presented a shield to Governor Faisal Karim Kundi.
گورنر خیبرپختونخوا فیصل کریم کنڈی سے رسجا کے صدر ابوبکر بن طلعت کی قیادت میں نومنتخب عہدیداران اور ایگزیکٹو ممبران نے ملاقات کی۔ گورنر خیبرپختونخوا نے کہا ہے کہ کھیلوں کی ترقی کے لئے ملک میں میڈیا کا ایک اہم کردار ہے گورنرنے کہا کہ وہ صوبے میں کھیلوں کے فروغ اور نوجوان ٹیلنٹ کو سامنے لانے کے لیے سنجیدہ اقدامات کر رہے ہیں۔انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم کے پی کے میں فٹ بال کو فروغ دینے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں, صوبے میں پرامن اور صحت مند معاشرے کے لیے نوجوانوں کو کھیلوں کے میدان میں آگے لانا ہو گا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ خیبرپختونخوا میں کھیلوں کے ٹیلنٹ کی کمی نہیں بلکہ کھلاڑیوں کو وسائل اور سہولیات فراہم کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ایشئن نمبر ون ماہ نور اور پاکستان نمبر ون سحرش دو بہنوں کو سکواش کے میدان میں مسلسل کامیابیوں کو پاکستان کے لیئے اعزاز قرار دیا انہوں نے کہا کہ خیبرپختونخوا کی بچیاں باصلاحیت ہیں انہیں صرف آگے بڑھنے اور مواقع میسر کرنے کی ضرورت ہے ، گورنر ہاؤس کی جانب سے صوبہ کا نام روشن کرنے والے کھلاڑیوں کی خدمات کے اعتراف میں خصوصی ایوارڈ شو کا اہتمام کیا جا رہا ہےانہوں نے کہا کہ صوبہ کےسافٹ امیج کو روشن کرنے والوں کو ایوارڈ دیئے جایں انہوں نے کہا کہ کوئی بھی کھیل حکومتی سرپرستی کے بغیر ترقی نہیں کر سکتا بلکہ پرائیویٹ سیکٹرز کو کرکٹ کی طرح دوسرے کھیلوں پر بھی توجہ دینی چاہئے تاکہ گراس روٹ سطح پر کھیلوں کو فروغ حاصل ہو۔ صوبہ بھر میں کسی بھی کھیل میں عالمی ، قومی ، بین الصوبائی سطح پر پوزیشن حاصل کرنے والے کھلاڑی اس ایوارڈ کے مستحق ہوں گے ایسے تمام کھلاڑی اور ان کے کوچ اپنے اعزاز کی تفصیل بار کوڈ سکین کر کے یا لنک کے ذریعے اپلائی کریں, خیبرپختونخوا بے پناہ وسائل، تاریخی ورثے اور انسانی صلاحیتوں کا حامل صوبہ ہے لیکن ترقی کی دوڑ میں پیچھے رہ گیا۔ اب وقت ہے کہ سب مل کر اس صوبے کو خوشحالی کا مرکز بنائیں۔ خیبرپختونخوا میں کھیلوں کے فروغ کے لیے اقدامات کرنا ناگزیر ہے۔انہوں نے نومنتخب عہدیداران مس کرن شہزادی , عرفہ فیروز ذ کی,عبدالمحی شاہ , شکیل اعوان , ابوبکر بن طلعت ,ارسلان شیرازی , ناصر نقوی ,اصغرعلی مبارک,ذوالفقار بیگ , زاہد اعوان, محمد ذیشان,محمد عالی جاہ ,عقیل انجم، شاکر عباسی کو مبارکباد دی۔ اس موقع پر رسجا کےعہدیداران نے گورنر فیصل کریم کنڈی کو شیلڈ بھی پیش کی۔
