While giving details of Operation Banyan Marsus, he said that the armed forces gave a befitting reply to the enemy, in which the full capabilities of real-time situational awareness, network-centric warfare and multi-domain operations were utilized with complete coordination of the three forces. He said that important targets were destroyed with complete coordination in land, air, sea and cyberspace.The facilities that are used to promote terrorism in Pakistan were targeted not only in occupied Kashmir but also inside India. The targeted locations included Suratgarh, Sirsa, Bajha, Adampur, Awantipora, Udhampur, Nalia, Barnala, Bathinda, Alwara, Srinagar, Jammu, Mamoon, Ambala and Pathankot. The Brahmos missile depots in Beas and Nagrota, which were used in attacks on Pakistani citizens, were destroyed.
The DG ISPR said that the Pakistan Air Force targeted India’s S-400 air defense system at Bhuj and Adampur locations, while logistics and support centers like the field supply depot in Uri and the radar system in Poonch were also targeted. The command installations of 10 Brigade and 80 Brigade in KG Top, Nowshera were also destroyed, these are the installations from which innocent civilians were targeted by unprovoked firing. He said that the military intelligence units and their field elements in Rajouri and Nowshera, which were supporting proxies involved in terrorism in Pakistan, were also eliminated, while all the artillery, logistics and posts outside the Line of Control that were firing on civilians in Azad Kashmir were retaliated severely and continuously, until they hoisted white flags.
He said that India violated Pakistan’s airspace through drones to spread fear and intimidate the public. In response, during Operation Banyan Marsus, Pakistan’s armed drones continued to fly continuously over major cities including the Indian capital New Delhi and from occupied Kashmir to Gujarat, so that Pakistan’s capabilities could not only be demonstrated but also that the domains of these drones were of no use in the current warfare.
The spokesperson said that the Pakistani forces also carried out extensive cyber attacks, which resulted in the paralysis of important Indian communication and infrastructure systems that the Indian forces were using. ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر کا کہنا تھا کہ بھارت کے ایس 400 ایئر ڈیفنس سسٹم کو پاک فضائیہ نے بوجھ اور آدم پور مقامات پر نشانہ بنایا جب کہ اڑی میں فیلڈ سپلائی ڈیپو اور پونجھ میں ریڈار سسٹم جیسے لاجسٹک اور سپورٹ مراکز کو بھی نشانہ بنایا گیا، کے جی ٹاپ، نشہرہ میں موجود 10 بریگیڈ اور 80 بریگیڈ کی کمانڈ تنصیبات کو بھی تباہ کیا گیا، یہ وہ تنصیاب ہیں جہاں سے بلااشتعال فائرنگ کرکے معصوم شہریوں کو نشانہ بنایا گیا۔انہوں نے کہا کہ راجوڑی اور نوشیرہ میں موجود ملٹری اینٹلی جنس کی یونٹس اور ان کی فیلڈ عناصر جو پاکستان میں دہشت گردی میں ملوث پراکسیز کو سپورٹ دیتے تھے ان کو بھی ختم کیا گیا جب کہ لائن آف کنٹرول کے باہر وہ تمام آرٹلری، لاجیسٹک اور پوسٹیں جو آزاد کشمیر میں شہریوں پر فائرنگ کرتی تھی ان پر شدید اور مسلسل جوابی کارروائی کی گئی، یہاں تک کہ انہوں نے سفید جھنڈے لہرادیے۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ بھارت نے ڈرونز کے ذریعے پاکستان کے فضائی حدود کی خلاف ورزی کی تاکہ عوام میں خوف پھیلایا جاسکے اور ان کو ڈرایا جاسکے، اس کے رد عمل میں آپریشن بنیان مرصوص کے دوران پاکستان کی مسلح ڈرون بھارت کے دارالحکومت نئی دلی سمیت بڑے شہروں اور مقبوضہ کشمیر سے لے کر گجرات تک مسلسل پرواز کرتے رہے تاکہ پاکستان کی صلاحیت کا نہ صرف اظہار کیا جاسکے بلکہ یہ بتایا جاسکے اس ڈرون کے ڈومینز کا موجودہ وار فیئر میں کوئی فائدہ نہیں۔
ترجمان نے کہا کہ پاکستانی افواج نے بھرپور سائبر حملے بھی کیے جس کے نتیجے میں ان بھارتی اہم مواصلاتی اور انفراسٹکچر نظام کو مفلوج کیا گیا جو بھارتی افواج استعمال کررہی تھیں، یہ یاد رہے کہ پاکستانی افواج کے پاس ایسی کئی جدید جنگیں صلاحیتیں موجود ہیں، جن میں کچھ کا استعمال محدود سطح پر کیا گیا جب کہ کئی صلاحیتیں آئندہ کے لیے محفوظ رکھی گئی ہیں۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ان اقدامات کے باوجود میں واضح کرنا چاہتا ہوں کہ بھارت کی مسلسل اشتعال انگیزی کے مقابلے میں پاکستان کا ردعمل نہایت درست، متوازن اور محدود نوعیت کا رہا، پاکستان نے نہایت مخصوص اہداف کو منتخب کیا تاکہ عام شہری متاثر نہ ہو۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم یہ واضح کرنا چاہتے ہیں کہ جب مشرقی سرحد پر افواج پاکستان دفاع میں مصروف تھی تو خیبرپختونخوا اور بلوچستان میں بھارتی سرپرستی میں دہشت گردی میں غیر معمولی اضافہ ہوا، جو اس بات کا ناقابل تردید ثبوت ہے کہ بھارت پاکستان میں دہشت گردی کو اپنی پراکسیز کے ذریعے فروغ دے رہا ہے۔
ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر نے کہا کہ کسی کو بھی کوئی شک نہیں ہونا چاہیے کہ جب کبھی ہماری خود مختاری یا سرحدوں کی خلاف ورزی کی گئی، ہمارا رد عمل جامع، جوابی اور فیصلہ کن ہوگا۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ اگر آپ کو یاد ہو تو مسلح افواج نے آپ سے 3 چیزوں کا وعدہ کیا تھا، ہم نے آپ کو بتایا کہ تھا ہم بھارتی جارحیت کا منہ توڑ جواب دیں گے، مگر یہ جواب ہماری مرضی کے وقت، جگہ اور ہمارے طریقہ کار کے مطابق ہوگا۔ مزید کہا کہ ہم نے قوم سےکہا تھا کہ جب ہم بھارت کو نشانہ بنائیں گے تو ساری دنیا کو پتا چل جائے گا، اور ہم نے آپ سے یہ بھی کہا تھا کہ جتنا تمھیں موت سے ڈر لگتا ہے اس سے زیادہ ہماری مسلح افواج شہادت سے محبت رکھتی ہیں۔ ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر نے پاکستانی حملوں کی انٹرنیشنل اور بھارتی میڈیا پر کوریج کے کلپس دکھائے اور کہا کہ پوری دنیا نے دیکھا اور رپورٹ کیا، ہم نے یہی وعدہ کیا تھا جو پورا کیا۔ انہوں نے بھارتی وزارت دفاع کی نمائندوں کا ویڈیو کلپ دکھایا جس میں وہ پاکستانی افواج کے حملوں کی تفصیلات بیان کررہی تھیں، پھر انہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستان نے صرف بھارتی عسکری اہداف کو نشانہ بنایا۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ انٹرنیشنل اور بھارٹی میڈیا رپورٹ کررہا ہے کہ بھارت میں صرف عسکری اہداف کو نشانہ بنایا گیا، ہم نے آپ سے کہا تھا کہ ہم عام شہریوں کو نشانہ نہیں بناتے، ہمار امذہب، ہماری ثقافت اور ہماری مسلح افواج کا پروفیشنل ازم اس بات کی اجازت نہیں دیتا کہ شہریوں کو نشانہ بنایا جائے۔ ترجمان پاک فوج نے کہا کہ پھر آپ نے دیکھا کہ کس نے پیچھے ہٹنے کی بات کی۔وائس ایڈمرل رب نواز نےآپریشن بنیان مرصوص کے جزو کے طور پر نیوی آپریشنز کی تفصیلات بیان کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ اللہ رب العزت کے فضل و کرم سے ہم اپنے سمندری محاذ پر اپنے وطن کا دفاع کرنے اور دشمن کو دور رکھنے میں کامیاب رہے جو اعدادوشمار میں ہم سے بڑھ کر تھا۔ ہم ہمیشہ تیار رہتے ہیں، اور ہمارے لیے امن سے جنگ کی پوزیشن میں آجانا کوئی بھی اہم بات نہیں، مقبوضہ کشمیر میں فالس فلیگ آپریشن کے فوراً بعد ہماری بحریہ چند ہی گھنٹوں میں حالت جنگ میں آچکی تھی اور ہم سمندری محاذ پر کسی بھی جارحیت کا بھرپور جواب دینے کے لیے بالکل تیار تھے۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ہم سمندر میں ہونے والی تمام سرگرمیوں پر پوری طرح نگاہ رکھے ہوئے تھے، ہم بھارتی ایئرکرافٹ کیریئر آئی این ایس وکرانت پر بھی مسلسل نگاہ رکھے ہوئے تھے اور پاک فضائیہ کے ساتھ مستقل رابطے میں تھے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ سمندر کے ساتھ ساتھ ہم فضا میں بھی بھارتی سرگرمیوں پر پوری نگاہ رکھے ہوئے تھے، ہم اپنے ساحل اور اپنی بندرگاہوں کی حفاظت کے لیے بھی پوری طرح مستعد تھے اور پاک نیوی نے سمندر ی تجارت کو یقینی بنایا، ہماری بندرگاہیں اس تمام صورتحال میں کھلی اور فعال رہیں۔ڈپٹی چیف آف ایئر آپریشنز وائس ایئرمارشل اورنگزیب احمد نے آپریشن بنیان مرصوص کی تفصیلات بیان کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ بھارت کی جانب سے آنے والے تمام ڈرونز اور ایس یو ویز کی پہلے ہی نشاندہی کرلی گئی تھی اور انہیں ناکارہ بنایا گیا یا تباہ کردیا گیا پاک فضائیہ نے اہم بھارتی تنصیبات تباہ کیں اور جارحیت پر حملہ آور طیارے مار گرائے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پاک فضائیہ کو بھارت پر0-6 سےکامیابی ملی، بھارت نے براہموس میزائلوں سے بھی حملہ کیا مگر ہم نے تیکنیکی طور پر انہیں ناکارہ بنایا اور اپنے اہداف سے ان کا رخ تبدیل ہوگیا۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ بھارت نے اپنے میزائلوں کے ذریعے نہ صرف افغانستان بلکہ اپنے ہی علاقے امرتسر کو بھی نشانہ بنایا۔ ایئر وائس مارشل اورنگزیب احمد نے کہا کہ ہم فضا میں رافیل طیاروں کو خاص اہمیت دے رہے تھے اور اس کے بعد زمین پر ایس 400 سسٹم پر ہماری خاص توجہ تھی اور اس سسٹم کو آدم پور میں احتیاط سے نشانہ بنایا گیا۔ ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر نے ایک سوال کے جواب میں کہا کہ میں واضح طور پر کہنا چاہتا ہوں کہ ہماری تحویل میں کوئی بھی بھارتی پائلٹ نہیں ہے، یہ سوشل میڈیا پر چلنے والی باتیں اور مختلف ذرائع سے آنے والے فیک نیوز یا پروپیگنڈا ہے۔
ان کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ پاکستان نے کبھی بھی سیز فائر کی کوئی درخواست نہیں کی، حقیقت یہ ہے کہ 6 اور 7 مئی کی رات بھارت کی جانب سے درخواست کی گئی تاہم پاکستان نے واضح جواب دیا کہ ہم صرف اسی صورت بات چیت پر آمادہ ہوں گے جب ہم اپنا جواب دے دیں، 10 مئی کو ہمارا جواب تاریخی تھا جس میں کسی شہری آبادی کو نشانہ نہیں بنایا گیا، ہماری جوابی کارروائی کے بعد ہندوستان نے جنگ بندی کی درخواست کی۔
ترجمان پاک فوج نے کہا کہ اس تنازع نے ایک بار پھر سے مسئلہ کشمیر کو فلیش پوائنٹ بنا دیا ہے جو کشمیری عوام کی امنگوں کے مطابق حل ہونا چاہیے۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ مسئلہ کشمیر پاکستان اور بھارت کے درمیان تنازع اہم پوائنٹ ہے اور جب تک یہ مسئلہ اقوام متحدہ کی سلامتی کونسل کی قراردادوں اور کشمیری عوام کی مرضی کے مطابق حل نہیں ہوتا، اس خطے میں پائیدار امن قائم نہیں ہو سکتا۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ بھارت اس بیرونی مسئلے کو داخلی بنانے کی کوشش کر رہا ہے، یہ پاکستان، بھارت اور کشمیری عوام کے درمیان ایک بیرونی مسئلہ ہے لیکن بھارت آبادی کا تناسب تبدیل کرکے اور قانونی حیثیت میں تبدیلی لا کر اسے داخلی معاملہ بنانے کی کوشش کر رہا ہے جو اقوام متحدہ کی قراردادوں اور بین الاقوامی وعدوں کی خلاف ورزی ہے۔
ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر نے کہا کہ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ پاکستان اور بھارت جیسی 2 ایٹمی طاقتوں کے درمیان جنگ کی کوئی گنجائش نہیں ہے کیوں کہ یہ دونوں کے لیے تباہی کے مترادف ہے، اسی لیے پاکستان نے اس تنازع میں بہت ہی ذمے داری کا مظاہرہ کیا ہے، اور اس بات کو بھی یقینی بنایا ہے کہ مغربی سرحد پر تعینات افواج ، جو دہشت گردی سے نبردآزما ہیں، ان پر اثر نہ پڑے۔
جنگ بندی کے حوالے سے کیے گئے سوال کے جواب میں لیفٹننٹ جنرل احمد شریف چوہدری کا کہنا تھا کہ پاکستان کی مسلح افواج ایل او سی پر جنگ بندی کی پاسداری کررہی ہیں، ہماری افواج کی جانب سے جنگ بندی کی کوئی خلاف ورزی نہیں کی جارہی، کیونکہ ہم ایک پیشہ ور فوج ہیں اور اپنے معاہدوں کی سختی سے پاسداری کرتے ہیں۔
انہوں نےکہا کہ پاکستان میں تو عوام امن ہونے پر خوشیاں منا رہے ہیں ، لیکن اگر کوئی جارحیت ہوتی ہے تو ہم اس کا جواب ضرور دیں گے۔ صحافی کی جانب سے سوال کیا گیا ’آپریشن بنیان مرصوص‘ کا آئیڈیا کس کا تھا، کیا یہ حافظ صاحب کا آئیڈیا تھا؟ ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر کا کہنا تھا کہ پاکستان کی افواج میں اسلام نہ صرف ہماری ذات کی حد تک بلکہ یہ ہماری ٹریننگ کا بھی حصہ ہے اور یہ ہمارے ایمان کا بھی حصہ ہے اور ہمارے آرمی چیف کا بھی پختہ یقین ہے تو لیڈرشپ کا یقین بھی مختلف طریقوں سے آپریشنز میں ٹرانسلیٹ ہوتی ہے جب کہ اس نام سے کیا پتہ چلتا ہے کہ اللہ کی راہ میں لڑنے والے سیسہ پلائی دیوار کی طرح ہوتے ہیں۔ اگر بھارت کی جانب سے دوبارہ ڈرونز آتے ہیں تو کیا لائح عمل ہوگا؟ صحافی کے سوال پر ترجمان پاک فوج نے کہا کہ ہم نے جو 84 ڈرونز گرائے ہیں، اس سے آپ کا دل نہیں بھرا، جتنے آئے تھے گرادیے تھے، اگر مزید آئے تو وہ بھی گرادیں گے، آپ اطمینان سے رہیں وہ جو کچھ بھی بھیجیں گے وہ ہم گرادیں گے کیوں کہ ہمیں قوم کی مکمل حمایت حاصل ہے۔ ان کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ ہم بہت جلد اللہ کی مدد سے اور عوام کی حمایت سے دہشت گردی پر مکمل قابو پالیں گے کیوں کہ ہم سچ اور حق پر ہیں، مظلوم کو مارنا، خودکش حملے کرنا اور مسجدیں شہید کرنا، بھتہ خوری، اسمگلنگ کا کیا تعلق ہے اسلام اور انسانیت سے کوئی تعلق نہیں جب کہ یہ بھی اسی دشمن کی مکاری ہے جس کو ہم نے ابھی حال ہی میں شکست دی ہے، اگر ہم اسے وہاں شکست دے سکتے ہیں تو یہاں بھی دے سکتے ہیں۔
