The legal notice said that one instructor namliy Qamar Nadeem, who is claiming to be a journalist as well, has asked the respected newspaper to clerar the position and refute the published news, publish an explanation, otherwise it will be taken to criminal and civil courts , without version published news is considered a crime, it is against the principles of journalism, the laws of Pakistan and the policy of the media ethics and laws. By publishing the news, the reputation of president So Kyokushin Karate Organization Pakistan Shihan Raja Khalid has been badly affected. The legal notice states that president So Kyokushin Karate Organization Pakistan Shihan Raja Khalid is a famous international sports personality. who have received various awards for national and international services. Instructor Qamar Nadeem has been guilty of defamation by making baseless allegations of human trafficking and poisonous propaganda on social media. The poisonous propaganda has damaged the dignity, reputation, name, organization, future events of Raja Khalid Janjua and many national and international sports events may be affected in this regard.The case will be taken to the criminal and civil courts of Pakistan case will be handed over to the Federal Investigation Agency for filing a case under PECA Act. This must be noted that on February 18, 2022, the government of Pakistan passed an ordinance amending the Pakistan Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA) to make online “defamation” of authorities, including the military and judiciary, a criminal offense with harsh penalties.

سوشل میڈیا پر بے بنیاد پروپیگنڈا , صدر سوکیوکشن کراٹے آرگنائزیشن کا90 کروڑحرجانے کا نوٹس , تفصیلات کے مطابق سو کیو کیوشن کراٹے آرگنائزیشن پاکستان کے صدر شیہان راجہ خالد نے گزشتہ روز ایڈوکیٹ عظمت علی کی سربراہی میں اپنی قانونی ٹیم کے ذریعے بے بنیاد زہریلے پروپیگنڈے کے خلاف قانونی کارروائی کے لیے 90 کروڑ روپے کا نوٹس جاری کیا ہے۔ لیگل نوٹس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ انسٹرکٹر قمر ندیم جو دعویٰ کر رہا ہے کہ وہ ایک صحافی بھی ہے معززاخبار کو کہا گیا ہے کہ پوزیشن واضع کرکے شائع شدہ خبرکی تردید، وضاحت شائع کی جائے، ورنہ فوجداری اور دیوانی عدالتوں میں لے جایا جائے گا، ورژن کے بغیرخبر جرم سمجھا جاتا ہے، یہ صحافت کے اصولوں، پاکستان کے قوانین اور اخبار کی پالیسی کے خلاف ہے۔ مذکورہ خبر شائع کرنے سے صدر سوکیوکشن کراٹے آرگنائزیشن ساکھ بری طرح متاثر ہوئی ہے۔ لیگل نوٹس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ راجہ خالد جنجوعہ کھیلوں کی ایک مشہور بین الاقوامی شخصیت ہیں۔ جنہوں نے قومی اور بین الاقوامی خدمات کے لیے مختلف ایوارڈ حاصل کیے ہیں۔ بغیر تحقیق بے بنیاد, انسانی سمگلنگ کے الزامات, سوشل میڈیا پرزہریلا پروپیگنڈا کرکے انسٹرکٹر قمر ندیم ہتک عزت کا مرتکب ہوئےہیں۔ زہریلا پروپیگنڈا سےراجہ خالد جنجوعہ کی وقار، ساکھ، نام، تنظیم، مستقبل کے واقعات کو نقصان پہنچا ہے اور اس حوالے سے بہت سے قومی اور بین الاقوامی کھیلوں کے ایونٹس متاثر ہوسکتے ہیں۔اگر8 دنوں میں معافی نہ مانگی فیل ہوئے تو دوسری صورت میں 90 کروڑادا کرنا ہوگا اسکے لیے کیس پاکستان کی فوجداری اور دیوانی عدالتوں میں لے جایا جائے گا جس کے تمام اخراجات بھی ادا کرنا ہونگے لیگل نوٹس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ سوشل میڈیا پر موجود انسانی سمگلنگ کے الزامات, زہریلا پروپیگنڈا کاتمام مواد پیکا ایکٹ کی دفعہ کے تحت مقدمہ درج کرنے کے لیے وفاقی تحقیقاتی ایجنسی کے حوالے کر دیا جائے گا۔واضح رہے کہ 18 فروری 2022 کو حکومت پاکستان نے ایک آرڈیننس پاس کیا جس میں پاکستان الیکٹرانک کرائمز ایکٹ 2016 (PECA) میں ترمیم کی گئی تاکہ فوج اور عدلیہ سمیت حکام کی آن لائن “ہتک عزت” کو سخت سزاؤں کے ساتھ ایک مجرمانہ جرم بنایا جا سکے۔ .
