ورود هیئت‌های عالی رتبه از آمریکا و ایران پیش از مذاکرات مورد انتظار در اسلام آباد به میزبانی پاکستان هنوز قطعی نیست، در حالی که پاکستان مقدمات میزبانی را تکمیل کرده است.

امروز، ۲۲ آوریل ۲۰۲۶، روز مهمی است که آتش بس دو هفته‌ای بین آمریکا و ایران، که با میانجیگری پاکستان برقرار شده بود، به پایان می‌رسد.

در این زمان، چشم تمام جهان به اسلام آباد و واشنگتن است تا ببینند آیا می‌توان در آخرین لحظه به یک راه حل دیپلماتیک دست یافت یا منطقه دوباره درگیر یک جنگ بزرگ خواهد شد.

چشم‌انداز تمدید:
رئیس جمهور ترامپ در مصاحبه‌ای با بلومبرگ گفت که احتمال تمدید آتش‌بس بدون توافق رسمی «بسیار کم» است. او هشدار داد که اگر توافقی حاصل نشود، انتظار اقدام نظامی مجدد را دارد. بن‌بست در مذاکرات اسلام‌آباد:

پاکستان کی میزبانی میں اسلام آباد میں متوقع مذاکرات سے قبل امریکا اور ایران کے اعلیٰ سطح کے وفود کی آمد تاحال ابہام کا شکار ہے جب کہ پاکستان نے میزبانی کے لیے تیاری مکمل کرلی ہے,
آج، 22 اپریل 2026، وہ اہم دن ہے جب امریکہ اور ایران کے درمیان پاکستان کی ثالثی میں ہونے والی دو ہفتوں کی جنگ بندی ختم ہو رہی ہے۔
اس وقت پوری دنیا کی نظریں اسلام آباد اور واشنگٹن پر لگی ہیں کہ آیا آخری لمحات میں کوئی سفارتی حل نکل پاتا ہے یا خطہ دوبارہ ایک بڑی جنگ کی لپیٹ میں آ جائے گا۔
کیا امریکی صدر ٹرمپ ایران کے ساتھ ختم ہونے والی جنگ بندی میں توسیع کریں گے, امریکی میڈیا ذرائع کے مطابق وائٹ ہاؤس کے ایک اہلکار کا کہنا ہے کہ اس بات کا امکان نہیں ہے کہ امریکی صدر ٹرمپ ایران کے ساتھ ختم ہونے والی جنگ بندی میں توسیع کریں گے۔ سینئر پاکستانی سفارتی تجزیہ کار , صدر ڈپلومیٹک کارسپانڈنٹس فورم آف پاکستان (DCFP) اصغر علی مبارک کے مطابق دو ہفتے کی جنگ بندی آج 22 اپریل کو ختم ہو رہی ہے, تعطل کی بڑی وجہ ایران کی وہ پیشگی شرط ہے، جس میں اس نے امریکی پابندیوں کے تحت ایرانی بندرگاہوں پر عائد ناکہ بندی کے خاتمے کا مطالبہ کیا ہے۔
دوسری جانب اسلام آباد میں متوقع مذاکرات سے قبل امریکا اور ایران کے درمیان اس بات پر غیر یقینی صورت حال برقرار ہے کہ کون سا فریق پہلے پاکستان پہنچے گا امریکی صدر ٹرمپ کا کہنا ہے کہ وہ ایران کے ساتھ ایک ’عظیم معاہدہ‘ کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔ اس سے قبل انھوں نے ایران پر جنگ بندی کی بارہا خلاف ورزی کا الزام لگایا تھا۔ ایرانی حکام بھی امریکہ پر جنگ بندی کی خلاف ورزی کا الزام لگا چکے ہیں۔ خیال رہے کہ نائب صدر جے ڈی وینس پاکستان کے لیے روانہ ہوچکے, تاہم تہران نے اب تک تصدیق نہیں کی کہ وہ اسلام آباد میں مذاکرات کے لیے کوئی وفد بھیجے گا۔
اس نازک موڑ پر تازہ ترین صورتحال درج ذیل ہے:
جنگ بندی کا وقت:
امریکی صدر ڈونلڈ ٹرمپ نے واضح کیا ہے کہ یہ جنگ بندی “بدھ کی شام واشنگٹن وقت” کے مطابق ختم ہو جائے گی۔
توسیع کے امکانات:
صدر ٹرمپ نے بلومبرگ کو دیے گئے انٹرویو میں کہا کہ کسی باقاعدہ معاہدے کے بغیر جنگ بندی میں توسیع کا امکان “انتہائی کم” ہے۔ انہوں نے خبردار کیا ہے کہ اگر معاہدہ نہ ہوا تو وہ دوبارہ عسکری کارروائیوں کی توقع رکھتے ہیں۔
اسلام آباد مذاکرات پر ڈیڈ لاک:
پاکستان نے مذاکرات کے دوسرے دور کے لیے تمام انتظامات مکمل کر رکھے ہیں اور امریکی وفد (نائب صدر جے ڈی وینس کی قیادت میں) کی آمد متوقع ہے۔ تاہم، ایران نے فی الوقت ان مذاکرات میں شرکت سے انکار کر دیا ہے، جس کی بڑی وجہ امریکی بحری ناکہ بندی اور ایرانی بحری جہاز ‘توسکا’ (Touska) کی حالیہ ضبطگی بتائی جا رہی ہے۔
ایران کا موقف:
ایرانی وزارتِ خارجہ کے مطابق امریکہ نے بحری ناکہ بندی کر کے پہلے ہی جنگ بندی کی خلاف ورزی کی ہے، اس لیے وہ “دھمکیوں کے سائے” میں مذاکرات نہیں کریں گے۔
ایران کے پارلیمانی اسپیکر نے بھی خبردار کیا ہے کہ جنگ بندی ختم ہونے کی صورت میں ایران میدانِ جنگ میں “نئے پتے” دکھانے کے لیے تیار ہے۔
پاکستانی وفاقی وزیر اطلاعات عطااللہ تارڑ کہنا ہے کہ امریکا اور ایران کے درمیان جنگ بندی کی مدت 22 اپریل کو ختم ہونے جا رہی ہے، جب کہ پاکستان امن مذاکرات کیلئے ایران کے ردعمل کا انتظار کر رہا ہے۔ سماجی رابطے کی ویب سائٹ ’ایکس‘ پر جاری بیان میں وفاقی وزیر اطلاعات عطااللہ تارڑ نے کہا ہے کہ پاکستان خطے میں کشیدگی کے خاتمے کیلئے بطور ثالث ایران سے رابطے میں ہے اور اسے مذاکرات کی میز پر لانے کی کوششیں جاری ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ جنگ بندی کا وقت 22 اپریل کو صبح 4 بج کر 50 منٹ پر ختم ہو جائے گا، جس کے پیش نظر سفارتی سرگرمیوں میں تیزی لائی جا رہی ہے۔عطا تارڑ کا کہنا تھا کہ پاکستان کی کوشش ہے کہ ایران کو امن مذاکرات میں شرکت پر آمادہ کیا جائے تاکہ خطے میں پائیدار امن کی راہ ہموار ہو سکے۔ دوسری جانب پاکستان کے نائب وزیراعظم اور وزیرِ خارجہ اسحاق ڈار نے امریکا اور ایران پر زور دیا ہے کہ وہ خطے میں قیامِ امن کے لیے عارضی جنگ بندی میں توسیع پر غور کریں اور سفارت کاری کو موقع دیں۔ پاکستان میں امریکا کی ناظم الامور نیتالی بیکر نے منگل کے روز وزیرِ خارجہ اسحاق ڈار سے ملاقات کی، جس میں خطے کی حالیہ صورتِ حال پر تفصیلی تبادلہ خیال کیا گیا۔ اس موقع پر اسحاق ڈار نے پاکستان کے مؤقف کو دہراتے ہوئے کہا کہ تمام تنازعات کا حل صرف مذاکرات اور سفارت کاری کے ذریعے ہی ممکن ہے، جو دیرپا امن اور استحکام کی ضمانت بن سکتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے امریکا اور ایران کے درمیان براہِ راست رابطے کی ضرورت پر زور دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ دونوں فریق جنگ بندی میں توسیع پر غور کریں اور کشیدگی کم کرنے کیلئے سنجیدہ اقدامات کریں۔ ملاقات کے دوران امریکی ناظم الامور نے خطے میں امن کے فروغ اور مذاکرات میں سہولت کاری پر پاکستان کے مثبت اور تعمیری کردار کو سراہا۔واضح رہے کہ امریکا اور ایران کے درمیان مذاکرات کے دوسرے مرحلے کے لیے امریکا اور ایران کے اعلیٰ سطح کے وفود کی آمد تاحال ابہام کا شکار ہے جب کہ پاکستان نے میزبانی کے لیے تیاری مکمل کرلی ہے۔ اسلام آباد میں مذاکرات سے قبل امریکا اور ایران کے درمیان تاحال غیر یقینی صورت حال برقرار ہے جب کہ ہے اور امکان ہے کہ جلد ایک بڑا معاہدہ طے پا جائے گا۔ کہا کہ امید ہے ایران کے ساتھ اچھا معاہدہ ہوگا کیونکہ ان کے پاس اس کے علاوہ کوئی راستہ نہیں۔ ٹرمپ کے مطابق امریکا نے ایران کی نیوی، فضائیہ اور کئی
