Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif congratulates Governor Gilgit-Baltistan on peaceful holding of elections

Governor Gilgit-Baltistan and Minister for Kashmir Affairs and GB, Chaudhry Birjees Tahir called on Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif at the PM House here today.
The Prime Minister congratulated him on the peaceful holding of Legislative Assembly elections in a transparent and independent manner.
He said international observers have also appreciated transparent holding of elections, for which credit goes to Governor GB, local administration, Pakistan Army and Judiciary as well as the people of Gilgit-Baltistan.Federal Minister for Interior, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan; Chief Minister Punjab, Mohammad Shahbaz Sharif and Political Secretary to the PM, Dr. Asif Kirmani were also present in the meeting.
