Pakistan’s Usama Butt Wins Bronze Medal at ARA Festival Mas-Wrestling Championship in Mongolia

گوجرانوالہ سے تعلق رکھنے والے پاکستان کے ابھرتے ہوئے ماس ریسلنگ ایتھلیٹ اسامہ بٹ نے منگولیا میں منعقدہ باوقار اے آر اے فیسٹیول میں ماس ریسلنگ مقابلے میں کانسی کا تمغہ جیت کر ملک کے لیے ایک اور سنگ میل عبور کر لیا۔ اسامہ نے دنیا کے چند بہترین ماس ریسلرز کے خلاف مقابلہ کیا، بشمول روس اور منگولیا کے اعلیٰ درجے کے کھلاڑی، پورے مقابلے میں قابل ذکر طاقت، تکنیک اور عزم کا مظاہرہ کیا۔ ان کی شاندار کارکردگی نے پاکستان کو فاتحین کے پوڈیم میں جگہ دی اور بین الاقوامی ماس ریسلنگ کمیونٹی میں ملک کی بڑھتی ہوئی ساکھ کو مزید مضبوط کیا۔ کانسی کے تمغے کے علاوہ اسامہ بٹ کو ان کی غیر معمولی کارکردگی کے اعتراف میں 2000 امریکی ڈالر کے نقد انعام سے بھی نوازا گیا۔ ایتھلیٹ کو اس شاندار کامیابی پر مبارکباد دیتے ہوئے، نواب فرقان خان، نائب صدر، ایشین ماس ریسلنگ فیڈریشن اور پریزیڈیم ممبر، انٹرنیشنل ماس ریسلنگ فیڈریشن (IMWF) نے کہا:
“اسامہ بٹ کا باوقار اے آر اے فیسٹیول میں کانسی کا تمغہ پاکستان کے لیے ایک قابل فخر لمحہ ہے۔ روس اور منگولیا کے ایلیٹ ایتھلیٹس کے خلاف مقابلہ کرنا اور پوڈیم پر فائز ہونا پاکستانی ماس ریسلرز کی بے پناہ صلاحیتوں اور صلاحیتوں کا مظہر ہے۔ یہ کامیابی ہمارے ساتھیوں کی محنت، عزم اور عزم کی عکاسی کرتی ہے، جنہوں نے ہمارے ساتھی کھلاڑیوں کو آگے بڑھایا۔ پورے ملک میں پاکستان ماس ریسلنگ فیڈریشن اپنے کھلاڑیوں کو بین الاقوامی مواقع فراہم کرنے اور پاکستان کو ایشیا اور دنیا میں ماس ریسلنگ کے صف اول کے ممالک میں سے ایک بنانے کے لیے پرعزم ہے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا: “یہ کامیابی ایک مضبوط پیغام دیتی ہے کہ پاکستانی کھلاڑی دنیا کے بہترین کھلاڑیوں کا مقابلہ کرنے کی صلاحیت رکھتے ہیں۔ میں اسامہ بٹ، ان کے اہل خانہ، کوچز اور اس کامیابی سے وابستہ ہر فرد کو مبارکباد پیش کرتا ہوں۔ ہمیں امید ہے کہ یہ فتح مزید نوجوان کھلاڑیوں کو ماس ریسلنگ میں حصہ لینے اور بین الاقوامی سطح پر فخر کے ساتھ پاکستان کی نمائندگی کرنے کی ترغیب دے گی۔” پاکستان ماس ریسلنگ فیڈریشن (پی ایم ڈبلیو ایف) نے عالمی سطح پر اس کھیل کو فروغ دینے اور ابھرتی ہوئی ماس ریسلنگ ممالک کے کھلاڑیوں کو مواقع فراہم کرنے میں انٹرنیشنل ماس ریسلنگ فیڈریشن (آئی ایم ڈبلیو ایف) اور ایشین ماس ریسلنگ فیڈریشن کی مسلسل حمایت کا بھی اعتراف کیا۔ PMWF اسامہ بٹ کو دلی مبارکباد پیش کرتا ہے اور مستقبل میں ہونے والے بین الاقوامی مقابلوں میں ان کی مسلسل کامیابی کی خواہش کرتا ہے کیونکہ وہ پاکستان کے لیے فخر اور اعزاز لا رہے ہیں۔
Pakistan’s rising Mas-Wrestling athlete Usama Butt from Gujranwala has achieved another milestone for the country by winning the Bronze Medal in the Mas-Wrestling competition at the prestigious ARA Festival held in Mongolia.
Usama competed against some of the world’s finest Mas-Wrestlers, including top-ranked athletes from Russia and Mongolia, displaying remarkable strength, technique, and determination throughout the competition. His outstanding performance earned Pakistan a place on the winners’ podium and further strengthened the country’s growing reputation in the international Mas-Wrestling community.
In addition to the bronze medal, Usama Butt was awarded a cash prize of USD 2,000 in recognition of his exceptional performance.
Congratulating the athlete on this remarkable achievement, Nawab Furqan Khan, Vice President, Asian Mas-Wrestling Federation and Presidium Member, International Mas-Wrestling Federation (IMWF), stated:

The Pakistan Mas-Wrestling Federation (PMWF) also acknowledged the continuous support of the International Mas-Wrestling Federation (IMWF) and the Asian Mas-Wrestling Federation in promoting the sport globally and providing opportunities for athletes from emerging Mas-Wrestling nations.
