KHMC celebrate Independence Day ceremony, ’Kohsar Magazine 2016‘’ launching ceremony held in connection with Independence Day of Pakistan
Rawalpindi-(PR)-To celebrate Independence Day of Pakistan a color full ceremony held at Kohsar Homoeopathic Medical College Rawalpindi. The Chief Guest and guests of honors Dr. Tahir Iqbal Choudhry Dr. Munir Ahmed Choudhery, Dr. Kabeer Khan Voice President PHMA, Dr. Mohammad Haheez Khokher, Dr. Maaz Malik PHMA President, Dr. Irfan Wali chairman Punjab PHMA, Dr..Asima President female wing , Dr. Hammad, Dr. Azhar Ali sharing their views emphasized on the importance of Independence Day. They shared the independence movement and reminded collective sacrifices rendered by thousands of peoples for achieving independence. The speakers briefed the participant about current scenario of Pakistan and what is the need of the day. The program started with recitation of verses from Holy Quran – followed by welcome address and speech about significance of Independence Day by Dr. Munir Ahmed Choudhery .The Principal Kohsar Homoeopathic Medical College Rawalpindi Dr. Tahir Iqbal Choudhry at this occasion briefed the audience about the role of students in movement of Pakistan. A large number of faculty, staff and students, peoples all walks of life were present in the ceremony. The students also delivered speeches and expressed their love for this beloved country Pakistan gathered, at the occasion. At this occasion launching ceremony ‘’Kohsar Magazine 2016‘’ held were attending by a large number of participant. They praised the efforts of Kohsar Magazine committee specially the Patron and in charge Dr. Tahir Iqbal Choudhry, editor in chief, Dr. Tauqeer Ahmed, editor, Dr. Mohammad Haheez Khokher ,Dr. Munir Ishaq Awan, Dr. Munir Ahmed Choudhery, Dr. Kabeer Khan and editorial board members Miss. Kainat Khalil Miss.Aqsa Fatmia, Miss. Zobia Mehmood for promoting the nationalism . They appreciated the student’s participation in all activities held throughout the week. Senior journalist & founder President of Diplomatic Correspondent Forum of Pakistan (DFCP) Asghar Ali Mubarak advised the students to work for the betterment and prosperity of the country emphasized on the importance of Independence Day. He said that everyone should celebrate Independence Day with full patriotism.
