کوہاٹ پولیس لائنز خودکش دھماکے کا مقدمہ تھانہ سی ٹی ڈی میں نامعلوم دہشت گردوں کے خلاف درج کرلیا گیا ہے۔

کوہاٹ پولیس نے کہا ہے کہ مقدمہ ایس ایچ او تھانہ سٹی کوہاٹ کی مدعیت میں نامعلوم دہشت گردوں کے خلاف درج کیا گیا ہے، جس میں دہشت گردی، قتل، اقدام قتل سمیت متعدد دفعات شامل کی گئی ہیں۔

ایف آئی آر کے متن کے مطابق دہشت گردوں نے مسجد پولیس لائنز پر بارود سے بھری گاڑی کے ذریعے خودکش حملہ کیا، دھماکے کے بعد دہشت گردوں نے فائرنگ بھی کی۔

مقدمے کے متن میں بتایا گیا ہے کہ دہشت گردوں کی فائرنگ سے پولیس اہلکار اور شہری شہید و زخمی ہوئے، جبکہ حملے کے دوران مسجد پولیس لائنز کو دھماکے کے ذریعے تباہ کیا گیا۔

ایف آئی آر کے مطابق دہشت گردوں نے مسجد کے راستے کو داخلی راستے کے طور پر استعمال کیا اور پولیس لائنز کے اندر داخل ہوکر اندھا دھند فائرنگ کی۔ پولیس نفری نے دہشت گردوں کا ڈٹ کر مقابلہ کیا۔

مقدمے کے متن کے مطابق پاک فوج، پولیس اور سی ٹی ڈی کے افسران آپریشن کی قیادت کے لیے موقع پر پہنچے، جبکہ دہشت گردوں کے خودکش حملے، فائرنگ اور دستی بم حملوں کے نتیجے میں جانی نقصان ہوا۔

پولیس کے مطابق حملے میں 21 افراد شہید جبکہ بڑی تعداد میں لوگ زخمی ہوئے، اس کے علاوہ سرکاری اور نجی املاک کو بھی نقصان پہنچا۔

خیال رہے کہ 19 ستمبر کو کوہاٹ میں پولیس لائنز میں جمعہ کی نماز کے دوران مسجد کو نشانہ بنایا گیا تھا جس کے نتیجے میں 17 پولیس اہلکاروں اور 6 شہریوں سمیت 23 افراد جاں بحق جبکہ 100 سے زائد زخمی ہوئے تھے۔ پولیس نے بتایا تھا کہ حملہ مسجد کے قریب خودکش دھماکے سے شروع ہوا تھا، جس کے بعد بعض حملہ آور اسپیشل برانچ کی عمارت میں داخل ہوگئے تھے۔

کوہاٹ پولیس لائنز مسجد کا واقعہ جہاں پاکستانی قوم اور سیکیورٹی فورسز کے لیے گہرے رنج و غم کا باعث ہے، وہی یہ ہمارے سیکیورٹی اداروں کے غیر متزلزل عزم کا منہ بولتا ثبوت بھی ہے۔ افغان شہری مطیع اللہ کی بطور خودکش بمبار شناخت نے اس بین الاقوامی نیٹ ورک کا کچا چٹھا کھول دیا ہے جو پاکستان کو کمزور کرنے کے پیاسے ہیں۔ پاکستان نے دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ میں 80 ہزار سے زائد جانوں کی قربانی دی ہے اور کوہاٹ کے 23 شہدا کا لہو بھی ضائع نہیں جائے گا۔
ضرورت اس امر کی ہے کہ داخلی محاذ پر یکجہتی کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے فتنہ الخوارج کے تمام نیٹ ورکس کو کچل دیا جائے اور عالمی برادری کابل انتظامیہ کو اس بات کا پابند کرے کہ وہ پڑوسیوں کی پیٹھ میں چھرا گھونپنے والے عناصر کو اپنی زمین فراہم کرنا بند کرے۔Kohat Attack: Case Registered at CTD Police Station Regarding Police Lines Suicide Bombing

A case regarding the suicide bombing at the old Police Lines in Kohat has been registered at the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) police station against unidentified terrorists.

Kohat police stated that the case was registered on the complaint of the Station House Officer (SHO) of City Police Station, Kohat, against unknown terrorists; the charges include terrorism, murder, and attempted murder, among other provisions.

According to the text of the FIR, the terrorists carried out a suicide attack on the Police Lines mosque using a vehicle packed with explosives; following the blast, the terrorists also opened fire.

The case details state that police personnel and civilians were martyred and injured by the terrorists’ gunfire, while the Police Lines mosque was destroyed by the explosion during the attack.

According to the FIR, the terrorists used the mosque’s access route to enter the Police Lines and opened indiscriminate fire. Police personnel put up a strong resistance against the terrorists.

The case text notes that officers from the Pakistan Army, Police, and CTD arrived at the scene to lead the operation, while casualties occurred as a result of the terrorists’ suicide attack, gunfire, and grenade attacks.

According to the police, 21 people were martyred and a large number were injured in the attack; additionally, government and private properties sustained damage.

It should be noted that on September 19, the mosque within the Kohat Police Lines was targeted during Friday prayers, resulting in the deaths of 23 people—including 17 police personnel and 6 civilians—and injuries to over 100 others. Police reported that the attack began with a suicide bombing near the mosque, after which some of the attackers entered the Special Branch building.

While the incident at the Kohat Police Lines mosque is a source of profound grief and sorrow for the Pakistani nation and its security forces, it also stands as a testament to the unwavering resolve of our security institutions. The identification of the suicide bomber as an Afghan national, Matiullah, has exposed the true nature of the international network intent on weakening Pakistan. Pakistan has sacrificed over 80,000 lives in the war against terror, and the blood of the 23 martyrs of Kohat will not go in vain. It is imperative that we demonstrate unity on the domestic front to crush all networks of the Fitna-ul-Khawarij, and that the international community holds the Kabul administration accountable, compelling it to stop providing sanctuary on its soil to elements that stab their neighbors in the back.
