اسلام آباد; ترلائی میں واقع امام بارگاہ خدیجۃ الکبریٰ میں نماز جمعہ کے دوران خودکش دھماکہ 169 زخمی جبکہ 31 افراد شہید, وزیراعظم کی مذمت، ذمہ داروں کو انصاف کے کٹہرے میں لانے کی ہدایت
وفاقی دارالحکومت اسلام آباد کے علاقے ترلائی میں واقع امام بارگاہ خدیجۃ الکبریٰ میں نماز جمعہ کے دوران ہونے والےخودکش دھماکے کے نتیجے میں 169 سے زائد افراد زخمی ہو گئے جبکہ اب تک 31 افراد کے شہید ہونے کی اطلاعات ہیں۔ڈپٹی کمشنر اسلام آباد کے مطابق دھماکے میں31افراد شہید اور متعدد زخمی ہوئے،
پولیس ذرائع کے مطابق خودکش حملہ آور کو گیٹ پر روکا گیا تو اس نے خود کو دھماکے سے اڑا دیا،پولیس ذرائع کے مطابق خارجی خودکش کا تعلق فتنہ الخوارج سے تھا۔ترجمان ضلعی انتظامیہ کے مطابق واقعے کے فوراً بعد پولیس، ریسکیو اور قانون نافذ کرنے والے ادارے موقع پر پہنچ گئے جبکہ آئی جی اسلام آباد کی ہدایت پر شہر بھر میں ایمرجنسی نافذ کر دی گئی۔ذرائع کا بتانا ہے کہ پولیس نفری اور بم ڈسپوزل اسکواڈ کا عملہ فوری طور پر موقع پر پہنچ علاقے کا محاصرہ کر لیا ہے اور موقع سے شواہد اکٹھے کیے جا رہے ہیں۔
عینی شاہدین کا بتانا ہے کہ امام بارگاہ میں خودکش حملہ جمعے کی نماز میں دوسری رکعت کے دوران اس وقت ہوا جب نمازی سجدے میں تھے۔حملہ آور نے پہلے فائرنگ کی جس کے بعد سکیورٹی پر مامور اہلکاروں کے ساتھ فائرنگ کا تبادلہ ہوا، خود کش حملہ آور نے اسی دوران خود کو مرکزی دروازے پر اڑا لیا۔ آئی جی اسلام آباد ن بتایا کہ اس دھماکے میں ان کے کزن کا بیٹا بھی شہید ہوا جو نماز پڑھنے کے لیے تین منزلہ عمارت میں موجود تھا۔ دھماکا اس قدر شدید تھا کہ قریبی عمارتوں کے شیشے بھی ٹوٹ گئے۔
وزیراعظم شہباز شریف نے ترلائی میں امام بارگاہ کے اندر ہونے والے دھماکے کی شدید الفاظ میں مذمت کرتے ہوئے شہادتوں پرافسوس کا اظہار کیا اور زخمیوں کی جلد صحتیابی کی دعا کی ہے۔
وزیراعظم نے وزیرداخلہ محسن نقوی سے ملاقات کر کے واقعے کی تحقیقات کرکے فوری طور پر ذمہ داران کے تعین کی ہدایت کی ہے۔
شہباز شریف کا کہنا تھا دھماکے کے ذمےداران کو تعین کرکے انہیں قرار واقعی سزا دلوائی جائے، ملک میں شرپسندی اور بے امنی پھیلانے کی ہرگزکسی کو اجازت نہیں دیں گے۔ وزیراعظم نے زخمیوں کوبہترین طبی سہولیات فراہم کرنے کی ہدایت دیتے ہوئے وزیرصحت کو معاملے کی نگرانی کا حکم دیا ہے۔وفاقی وزیر داخلہ محسن نقوی کی ہدایت پر وزیر مملکت برائے داخلہ طلال چوہدری پمز ہسپتال پہنچ گئے۔وزیر مملکت نے دھماکے میں زخمی ہونے والے زیرِ علاج مریضوں کی عیادت کی۔ طلال چوہدری کی دھماکے کے زخمیوں کیلئے خصوصی طبی سہولیات فراہم کرنے کی ہدایت کی,حکومت زخمی مریضوں کو ہر ممکن طبی سہولیات فراہم کرنے کیلئے پُرعزم ہے
Islamabad; 80 injured and 15 martyred in suicide blast during Friday prayers at Imambargah Khadijatul Kubra in Tarlai, Prime Minister condemns, directs to bring those responsible to justice
More than 80 people were injured in a suicide blast during Friday prayers at Imambargah Khadijatul Kubra in Tarlai area of the federal capital, Islamabad, while 15 people have been martyred so far. According to the Deputy Commissioner of Islamabad, 15 people were martyred and many were injured in the blast. After the blast, an emergency has been imposed in hospitals in the federal capital.
According to police sources, the suicide bomber blew himself up when he was stopped at the gate. According to police sources, the foreign suicide bomber was affiliated with Fitna-ul-Kharij. According to the district administration spokesman, police, rescue and law enforcement agencies reached the spot immediately after the incident, while an emergency was imposed across the city on the instructions of the IG Islamabad. Sources say that police personnel and bomb disposal squad personnel immediately reached the spot and cordoned off the area and evidence is being collected from the spot. Eyewitnesses say that the suicide attack in the Imambargah took place during the second rak’ah of Friday prayers when the worshippers were in prostration. The attacker opened fire first, after which there was an exchange of fire with the security personnel. The suicide bomber blew himself up at the main gate at the same time. The IG Islamabad said that his cousin’s son, who was present in the three-story building to offer prayers, was also martyred in the explosion. The blast was so intense that the windows of nearby buildings were also broken.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif strongly condemned the blast inside the Imambargah in Tarlai, expressed grief over the martyrdom and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.
The Prime Minister met Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and directed to immediately investigate the incident and identify those responsible.
Shahbaz Sharif said that those responsible for the blast should be identified and punished to the fullest extent of the law, and no one will be allowed to spread mischief and insecurity in the country. The Prime Minister directed to provide the best medical facilities to the injured and ordered the Health Minister to monitor the matter. On the instructions of Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry reached PIMS Hospital. The Minister of State visited the patients injured in the blast who were undergoing treatment. Talal Chaudhry directed to provide special medical facilities to the injured in the blast, the government is determined to provide all possible medical facilities to the injured patients.
