آزاد کشمیر انتخابات;انتخابی میدان میں 31 امیدوار پولنگ 2 اگست کو ہوگی,Azad Kashmir elections; 31 candidates in the electoral fray will go to polls on August 2,,,,:آزاد جموں و کشمیر قانون ساز اسمبلی کے انتخابات کے سلسلے میں راولپنڈی، اسلام آباد اور راولپنڈی ڈویژن میں مقیم مہاجرینِ جموں و کشمیر کی تین نشستوں پر 2 اگست 2026 کو پولنگ ہوگی، جس کے پیش نظر انتخابی سرگرمیاں عروج پر پہنچ گئی ہیں۔ مسلم لیگ (ن)، پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی، آل جموں و کشمیر مسلم کانفرنس، جماعت اسلامی اور آزاد امیدواروں نے اپنی انتخابی مہم تیز کر دی ہے،جبکہ شہر کے مختلف علاقوں میں کارنر میٹنگز، انتخابی دفاتر، عوامی اجتماعات اور گھر گھر رابطہ مہم زور و شور سے جاری ہے۔الیکشن کمیشن کے مطابق راولپنڈی ڈویژن میں مہاجرینِ کشمیر کے لیے تین حلقے ایل اے-43 ویلی-IV، ایل اے-44 ویلی-V اور ایل اے-39 جموں-VI قائم کیے گئے ہیں۔ ان تینوں حلقوں میں مجموعی طور پر 27 ہزار 907 رجسٹرڈ ووٹرز حق رائے دہی استعمال کریں گے، جن میں 14 ہزار 917 مرد اور 12 ہزار 990 خواتین ووٹرز شامل ہیں۔اعداد و شمار کے مطابق ایل اے-43 ویلی-IV میں 3 ہزار 346 ووٹرز رجسٹرڈ ہیں، جن میں 1 ہزار 750 مرد اور 1 ہزار 596 خواتین شامل ہیں۔ یہ حلقہ مکمل طور پر راولپنڈی شہر کے مہاجرینِ کشمیر پر مشتمل ہے۔ ایل اے-44 ویلی-V میں 3 ہزار 754 ووٹرز ہیں، جن میں 1 ہزار 945 مرد اور 1 ہزار 809 خواتین شامل ہیں۔ اس حلقے میں راولپنڈی اور اسلام آباد کے مہاجرینِ کشمیر ووٹ کاسٹ کریں گے۔ جبکہ ایل اے-39 جموں-VI سب سے بڑا حلقہ ہے، جہاں 20 ہزار 807 ووٹرز رجسٹرڈ ہیں، جن میں 11 ہزار 222 مرد اور 9 ہزار 585 خواتین ووٹرز شامل ہیں۔
اس حلقے میں راولپنڈی شہر، پورا راولپنڈی ڈویژن، اسلام آباد اور گلگت بلتستان میں مقیم متعلقہ مہاجرینِ کشمیر کے ووٹرز شامل ہیں۔انتخابی میدان میں مجموعی طور پر 31 امیدوار مدمقابل ہیں۔ مسلم لیگ (ن)، پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی، آل جموں و کشمیر مسلم کانفرنس، جماعت اسلامی اور متعدد آزاد امیدوار اپنی اپنی جماعتوں کے منشور کے ساتھ عوامی رابطہ مہم چلا رہے ہیں۔ راولپنڈی میں کشمیر کالونی، ڈھوک حسو، ڈھوک منگٹال،پیرودھائی، صادق آباد، راجہ بازار، کمیٹی چوک، خیابانِ سرسید، ڈھوک سیداں، شمس آباد، کینٹ کے مختلف علاقوں اور اسلام آباد کے مہاجرینِ کشمیر کی آبادی والے علاقوں میں انتخابی سرگرمیاں نمایاں ہیں۔ امیدوار روزانہ کارنر میٹنگز، برادری کنونشنز، ڈور ٹو ڈور مہم اور انتخابی جلسوں کے ذریعے ووٹرز سے رابطے کر رہے ہیں۔الیکشن کمیشن نے پولنگ کے لیے 15 پولنگ اسٹیشن قائم کیے ہیں، جن میں 7 پولنگ اسٹیشن انتہائی حساس قرار دیے گئے ہیں۔ ان مقامات پر پولیس، رینجرز اور دیگر قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں کی اضافی نفری تعینات کی جائے گی، جبکہ سی سی ٹی وی نگرانی، واک تھرو گیٹس اور دیگر حفاظتی اقدامات بھی یقینی بنائے جائیں گے۔ضلعی انتظامیہ، پولیس اور الیکشن کمیشن نے انتخابی سامان کی ترسیل، پریذائیڈنگ افسران اور پولنگ عملے کی تعیناتی، سکیورٹی، ٹرانسپورٹ اور دیگر انتظامات کو حتمی شکل دینا شروع کر دی ہے۔ضابطۂ اخلاق پر عمل درآمد یقینی بنانے کے لیے مانیٹرنگ ٹیمیں بھی متحرک ہیں۔سیاسی مبصرین کے مطابق مہاجرینِ کشمیر کی یہ نشستیں آزاد کشمیر میں حکومت سازی کے تناظر میں اہمیت کی حامل ہیں،اس لیے مختلف سیاسی جماعتیں آخری مرحلے میں اپنی انتخابی مہم مزید تیز کر رہی ہیں۔ امیدواروں نے آئندہ چند روز میں بڑے انتخابی جلسوں، ورکرز کنونشنز اور عوامی رابطہ مہم کو مزید وسعت دینے کا اعلان کیا ہے، جبکہ ووٹرز کی توجہ حاصل کرنے کے لیے بھرپور سیاسی سرگرمیاں جاری ہیں۔
Azad Kashmir elections; 31 candidates in the electoral fray will go to polls on August 2,,,: In connection with the elections to the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, polling will be held on August 2, 2026 on three seats of Jammu and Kashmir refugees residing in Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi divisions, in view of which election activities have reached their peak. Muslim League (N), Pakistan People’s Party, All Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference, Jamaat-e-Islami and independent candidates have intensified their election campaigns, while corner meetings, election offices, public gatherings and door-to-door contact campaigns are going on in different areas of the city. According to the Election Commission, three constituencies have been established for Kashmir refugees in Rawalpindi division – LA-43 Valley-IV, LA-44 Valley-V and LA-39 Jammu-VI. A total of 27,907 registered voters will exercise their franchise in these three constituencies, including 14,917 male and 12,990 female voters. According to the data, LA-43 Valley-IV has 3,346 registered voters, including 1,750 male and 1,596 female. This constituency is entirely comprised of Kashmiri refugees from Rawalpindi city. LA-44 Valley-V has 3,754 voters, including 1,945 male and 1,809 female. Kashmiri refugees from Rawalpindi and Islamabad will cast their votes in this constituency. While LA-39 Jammu-VI is the largest constituency, where 20,807 voters are registered, including 11,222 male and 9,585 female voters.
This constituency includes voters of Kashmiri refugees residing in Rawalpindi city, entire Rawalpindi division, Islamabad and Gilgit-Baltistan. A total of 31 candidates are contesting in the election field. Muslim League (N), Pakistan Peoples Party, All Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference, Jamaat-e-Islami and several independent candidates are running public relations campaigns with the manifestos of their respective parties. Election activities are prominent in Kashmir Colony, Dhok Hasso, Dhok Mangtal, Pirudhai, Sadiqabad, Raja Bazar, Committee Chowk, Khayaban-e-Sir Syed, Dhok Syedan, Shamsabad, various areas of Cantt in Rawalpindi and areas populated by Kashmiri refugees in Islamabad. Candidates are contacting voters through daily corner meetings, community conventions, door-to-door campaigns and election rallies. The Election Commission has set up 15 polling stations for polling, of which 7 polling stations have been declared highly sensitive. Additional personnel of police, rangers and other law enforcement agencies will be deployed at these locations, while CCTV surveillance, walk-through gates and other security measures will also be ensured. The district administration, police and the Election Commission have started finalizing the delivery of election materials, deployment of presiding officers and polling staff, security, transport and other arrangements. Monitoring teams are also active to ensure implementation of the code of conduct. According to political observers, these seats of Kashmiri refugees are important in the context of government formation in Azad Kashmir, hence various political parties are intensifying their election campaigns in the final phase. Candidates have announced to further expand their big election rallies, workers’ conventions and public relations campaigns in the next few days, while vigorous political activities are underway to attract the attention of voters.
